RESOURCES

Everyday, we’re working to help our communities thrive.

Do you need food, housing, or financial assistance? 211 connects people to local food banks, rent assistance, mental health support, and more. Last year, we answered 9,329 calls and provided 19,288 referrals for essential services.

Download the 211-resource app or dial 2-1-1 for 24/7 assistance.

Struggling with your child’s emotional well-being? EveryDay Strong provides simple, practical tools to help parents and caregivers support kids’ mental wellness. Over 380 families have already benefited from this free resource.

“I used what I learned to encourage my husband to connect with our son. It took some coaching, but in the end, we played a game and really bonded through laughter. This program is something I can actually do!” – A parent participant

Wondering if your child is on track? Help Me Grow offers free developmental screenings, parenting resources, and referrals to support healthy growth. In 2024, we helped 1,550 new families and provided thousands of referrals to local services.

The Edinburgh screening offered by Help Me Grow helped save my life after my daughter was born. I had post-partum depression and after filling out the survey I was called and given the help I needed immediately.

We focus on what our community needs most. Right now, that means helping children thrive by supporting them and those around them—especially parents. We’re also building stronger communities by creating meaningful opportunities for people to connect and support one another. And of course, we continue to support essential programs that keep our community strong. When we work together, we create lasting change.
